The House of Flight.

It is spring in the bird room and all is aflutter. Our Red Liprocrome canaries are busy feeding each other and fusing with the nest in the back corner of their double breeder cage.To date the female a non-intensive has laid two eggs and we are expecting number three early tomorrow. Tomorrow should be egg number four but our girl skipped a day. Something I have read is not totally unusual for a first year clutch.

Although this is her first clutch she come from prize winning stock and a phenomenal breeder who is recognized as one of the Best Canary Breeders and a National Colorbred Judge. Her ancestors have won many ribbons, placks, and trophies over the past 25 or so years.
